Job Overview

- Must be available during after school hours (2-7pm)
Key Responsibilities (but are not limited to):
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and analyze behavioral data to identify the function of challenging behaviors.
- Provide direct 1:1 therapy and implement behavior intervention strategies.
- Collaborate with clients' families, caregivers, and other team members to ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans across settings.
- Collect, track, and analyze data related to behavior progress and make data-driven decisions to modify interventions as necessary.
- Conduct training for caregivers to ensure they are equipped to implement behavior strategies effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of behavior analysis
Experience
- At least 3 years of recent experience doing direct therapy whether as a former RBT, Case Manager, or as a BCBA
- AAC experience preferred
- Conducting assessments using assessment tools and software (e.g. ABLLS, VB-MAPP, PEAK, Vineland, PDDI etc.)
- Experience with programming for different age ranges and current level of development (ages 3-22)
- Writing attainable value-based and individualized goals
- NDBI, NET, PRT and play-based interventions
- Use of data collection and scheduling software

- Mock ABA treatment report and session notes
- At least two recent professional references
If extended an offer, you will also need to complete the following prior to beginning work, including training:
- Provide clearance of TB test
- Complete CPR/first aid and obtain certification
- Submit fingerprints for background check to CA Department of Justice
