A rewarding opportunity is available for a skilled professional to provide psychological support and services within a dynamic school environment serving students from Kindergarten through 12th grade. This role focuses on enhancing the educational experience and well-being of students across elementary and high school levels.

Position Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for students in grades K-5 and 9-12 to identify learning needs and emotional challenges.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop effective intervention strategies and support plans.
  • Provide individual and group counseling to help students develop coping skills and improve academic performance.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and recommend accommodations.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports in compliance with school policies and state regulations.

Qualifications And Experience

  • Appropriate licensure or certification as a School Psychologist.
  • Experience working with diverse student populations across elementary and high school grade levels.
  • Strong understanding of psychological assessment tools, educational laws, and intervention techniques.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and school staff.
