BCBA Clinic Supervisor

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Clinic Supervisor to lead our behavioral health team in delivering exceptional care to individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. In this vital role, you will oversee all ABA treatment, supervise the ABA team, and ensure the highest standards of patient care. Your expertise in applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy, and working with children and individuals with disabilities will drive positive outcomes and foster a supportive environment for both clients and staff. In-person is preferred, but remote will be considered based on experience and for the right candidate.

Duties

• Supervise and mentor the ABA team, providing guidance on treatment plans, data collection, and clinical best practices
• Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive patient assessments
• Ensure compliance with all HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of medical records and patient information
• Conduct evaluations, intake assessments, and progress reviews to inform treatment strategies
• Monitor data collection processes to ensure accuracy and consistency in tracking client progress using ABA principles
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including speech therapists, occupational therapists, special education professionals, medical staff, and caregivers—to coordinate patient care
• Provide direct patient care when necessary, including conducting behavioral interventions, patient assessments, and therapy sessions
• Maintain detailed medical documentation, records, and reports in accordance with healthcare standards
• Facilitate ongoing training for staff on behavioral health topics such as behavioral therapy techniques, medical terminology, and documentation procedures
• Lead quality assurance initiatives to uphold clinical standards and improve service delivery within the clinic
• Conduct parent training sessions
• Improve patient outcomes through evidence-based practice

Qualifications

• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required
• Must be licensed to practice in the state of Texas
• Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder
• Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations, medical documentation practices, medical terminology, and electronic health records systems
• Experience conducting diagnostic evaluations, patient assessments, and intake procedures in a clinical setting
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise staff effectively while fostering a positive team environment
• Exceptional communication skills for collaborating with families, caregivers, healthcare providers, and educational professionals
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
