Behavior Technician - Job description
EPICENTER ABA THERAPY
This position reports to a Behavior Specialist. New hires are required to be certified as a Registered Behavior Technician upon hire. On-site training available! All training will occur in Solon, OH!
ABOUT THE COMPANY
Autism Services for Progress and Results! Epicenter provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in patients' homes, their schools, our very own clinic, and other community settings. We use data to enhance progress and provide therapy to create results that encourage independence and teach new skills. We pride ourselves on providing evidence-based treatment.
JOB SCOPE
- Be On Time/Punctual for all Scheduled Appointments
- Strong Communication Skills both verbal and written.
- Commitment to behavior intervention plans designed by the Behavior Analyst
- Teaches a wide range of skills including language, social, academic, and cognitive skills.
- Collect and record data.
- Collaboration with team members.
- Contrive motivation for your kiddos to encourage growth and development
- Attend Quarterly Staff Training Summits and any other team meetings set with ample notice.

- RBT Certified is preferred but not required- must be willing to obtain certification within first 90 days (all training provided)

Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma
- 1+ years working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other learning deficits
- Must be certified as a Registered Behavior Technician for 1+ years
