About Our Clinic: J & A Aesthetics and Wellness is a locally owned medical spa in Cincinnati (6565 Harrison Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45247). We are led by Jena Brockhoff, APRN-C, and we focus on providing high-quality aesthetic treatments like Botox, fillers, and medical weight loss. We are a small, professional team and we treat our patients like family.
The Role: We are looking for a reliable and friendly person to be the "face" of our clinic. This isn't just a receptionist job—you will be the main point of contact for our patients. You’ll be managing the schedule, answering questions about our services, and making sure the office runs smoothly every day.
What you’ll be doing:
- Greeting every patient who walks through our door with a professional and warm attitude.
- Answering phone calls and replying to patient inquiries through email or social media.
- Managing our booking software to keep the schedule organized.
- Explaining our aesthetic services and wellness programs to new clients.
- Handling payments and checking patients out after their appointments.
- Helping keep the front office and waiting area clean and inviting.
What we are looking for:
- Someone with previous experience in a medical spa, plastic surgery office, or high-end retail.
- A person who is genuinely interested in the beauty and wellness industry.
- You must be very organized and able to multitask without getting stressed.
- Good communication skills—you should be comfortable talking to patients about pricing and treatments.
- Basic computer skills (we use scheduling software and social media).
- Reliability is a must. We need someone who shows up on time and is ready to help.

Pay: $3,700.00 - $4,100.00 per month
