School Psychologist - Omaha, NE

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A reputable educational organization in Omaha, NE, is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to support elementary students in grades K-6. This contract position offers flexibility with both full-time and part-time opportunities available, serving during the current school year (CSY) and the next school year (NSY).

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations to identify student needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to develop and implement intervention strategies.
• Provide counseling and support services to students facing academic, social, or emotional challenges.
• Assist in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Promote a positive learning environment through proactive consultation and crisis intervention.

Qualifications:

• Valid certification as a School Psychologist.
• Experience working with elementary school students (grades K-6).
