Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.


A part-time school psychologist position is available supporting a specialized center program serving students aged 3 to 26 from across the county with eligibility classifications including MoCI, SCI, and SXI. This role is based in Dearborn, MI, and offers approximately 20 hours per week. Scheduling is flexible, allowing half-days Monday through Friday or 2.5 full days weekly, depending on preference.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive re-evaluations for students meeting program eligibility criteria
  • Collaborate as a member of a two-person psychological services team at the center
  • Support individualized education planning and provide insights to enhance student outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with applicable policies and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with educators, families, and other professionals involved in student care

Qualifications:

  • Certification and licensure as a school psychologist
  • Experience working with diverse student populations, particularly those with complex educational needs
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Strong assessment, analytical, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with age ranges spanning early childhood through young adulthood
