- Base Compensation: $78,000 - $90,000 annually based on experience.
- Hybrid Telehealth role that allows for more flexibility to work from home 75% of the time

Qualifications

Required: Must travel at least 25% monthly - one (1) week per month to provide in-person supervision
Required: Master or Doctorate Level Degree: Behavior Analysis or related field
Required: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis, per BACB guidelines
Required: Obtaining both TX & OK LBA state licensure, reimbursement provided
Required: OLicensed Professional: LBA per state guidelines, if applicable. Licensed Professional: LBA per state guidelines, if applicable - REQUIRED
Required: Minimum of 2 years working as a BCBA.
Preferred: 2+ years of ABA telehealth experience
Preferred: Experience working with center-based, early intervention children
Desired Traits: Effective collaborator, empathetic team-player
