Position Overview:

  • Lead the referral process and conduct multi-faceted psycho-educational evaluations for eligibility determination.
  • Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions, focusing on evidence-based practices to improve student social-emotional health.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions, implementing the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) process.
  • Collaborate with school teams to develop and implement Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in School Psychology
  • Valid Michigan School Psychologist Certification (or Preliminary) (Required)
  • Expertise in administering and interpreting standardized tools
  • Prior post-internship K-12 experience (Preferred)
