This organization delivers multidisciplinary care (ABA, speech, and occupational therapy) and is known for its focus on clinical quality, strong outcomes, and developing leaders from within. This role is ideal for a BCBA looking to step into mentorship and grow into center-level leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Provide clinical oversight of ABA services within a center
- Maintain a small caseload while supporting overall clinical quality
- Deliver structured mentorship and supervision to BCBAs
- Support training and development of clinicians at the center level
- Model strong clinical, leadership, and professional skills
- Help drive consistency, performance, and high-quality care across the team
What You’ll Need
- BCBA certification
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience as a BCBA
- Active licensure (where applicable)
- Strong clinical, leadership, and mentorship abilities
