About Us:
Mind Over Matters Therapeutic & Wellness Services, PLLC is a growing mental health practice offering psychiatry and counseling services in a supportive, spiritually mindful, and inclusive environment. We provide care across multiple states and are seeking compassionate therapists to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or families (in-person and/or via telehealth)
Create and implement individualized treatment plans
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with psychiatric and administrative staff
Support case management and continuity of care

Required Qualifications:

Active license: LMHC, LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, LPC or equivalent
Licensed in MA, RI, NY, or NH
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
Experience in treatment planning, counseling, and case documentation
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience with trauma-informed care preferred
Experience with children and adolescent preferred

What We Offer:

1099 independent contractor position
60/40 split compensation model
Flexible hybrid scheduling (up to 16 hours/week) at least 1 weekend day required
Administrative support for billing, scheduling, and credentialing

Note:
This role is structured as a 1099 contractor position. Contractors do not receive employee benefits such as PTO, holidays, or 401(k). However, based on performance, caseload, and business needs, a W-2 employment opportunity may be considered after 6 months.
