Job Summary
Radiant Steps ABA is seeking a dedicated and clinically strong Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities. The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise Behavior Technicians, and ensure services meet insurance and state compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial consultations and comprehensive assessments (FBA, skills assessments, preference assessments).
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, including skill acquisition programs and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Analyze and interpret behavioral data; update treatment goals as needed.
- Provide clinical supervision to Behavior Technicians in accordance with BACB and payer requirements.
- Conduct parent and caregiver training sessions.
- Create and maintain insurance-compliant reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals (e.g., teachers, SLPs, OTs, physicians).
- Ensure compliance with all state, local, and funding source standards.
- Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and required trainings.
Qualifications
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Experience developing and implementing ABA treatment plans.
- Experience supervising clinical staff preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
