At Two Hearts ABA Therapy, we pride ourselves on setting our staff up for success to deliver the highest quality behavior analytic services to all our clients by providing industry leading in-home, onsite or community-based ABA Therapy and Mental Health services. We provide an initial in-office training, and continuous support through ongoing trainings with our clients at the location of therapy, as well as in our office. Duties and Responsibilities:
· Providing direct ABA therapy to clients as directed
· Implementing Behavior Intervention Plans and Treatment Plans correctly and as directed by supervisors
· Receiving constructive feedback and applying it in the moment
· Accurate data collection and completion of clinical notes for each session
· Attending trainings and team meetings
· Weekly electronic graphing
· Preparing any necessary materials before attending sessions.
· Maintaining open and frequent communication with supervisors and other team members as it pertains to your clients
· Completes daily progress notes on each client by specified deadline.
· Submits time sheets by specified deadline.
· Complete authorized therapy hours per client.
· Uses correct response prompt according to objectives across programs.
· Collects acquisition data immediately.
· Uses reinforcement breaks appropriately (e.g., pairing trials, vary reinforcers and sampling reinforcers when necessary).
· Debriefs caregiver(s) on session and follow through with any parent training procedures (appropriate to their position).
· Demonstrates professionalism (e.g., calls analyst/parent in advance of cancellation or tardiness, maintains a positive attitude).
Desirable Requirements & Qualifications:
· Fluent in speaking and writing English, Bilingual preferred.
· Board Certified by the BACB with the Registered Behavior Technician RBT credential.
· Minimum of a high school diploma / Bachelor’s degree preferred
· Minimum of 15 hours of availability Monday-Friday (afternoons/evenings preferred)
· Willingness to obtain and maintain RBT certification
· Willingness to work with clients that may exhibit physically aggressive behaviors and be able to use appropriate behavior intervention techniques
· Willingness to work on a multicultural team
· Strong communication skills required to collaborate with colleagues, parents, clients, and other staff.
· Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 40 lbs.
· Ability to be organized and punctual
· Maintain confidential information regarding clients
· Reliable transportation
· Access to a smart phone and computer
· Proof of auto insurance liability coverage
· Active Medicaid provider ID (optional)
· Ability to drive to multiple locations daily
· Ability to maintain a clean criminal background and clean driver license.
· Ability to use technology (computer, scanner, tablet, phone)
