Are you a passionate, curious, and creative BCBA who believes that ABA can be used as a transformational tool to empower neurodivergent teens and adults to create a life of meaning and connection? Do you thrive in a collaborative environment where innovation, out-of-the box thinking, and multidisciplinary teamwork are practiced every day? If so, we invite you to be part of our dynamic multidisciplinary team and encourage you to apply!

People who fall into this category often have labels of PDA, PANDAS, PTSD/Developmental Trauma etc. and they are often older teens or adults. We are working on developing a model of ABA intervention for these "hard to reach" clients by integrating and rethinking the sciences of radical behaviorism, neurobiology, functional analysis, and family systems analysis.
