Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Cooper Life

Cooper Life is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality behavioral support and intervention for individuals working toward greater independence and success in daily life. The BCBA will develop and implement individualized behavior plans, train and supervise staff, and collaborate with families to promote meaningful progress.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Implement evidence-based strategies to support skill development and behavior management
• Train and supervise behavior technicians or other team members
• Collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Monitor progress, adjust interventions as needed, and maintain accurate documentation
• Provide parent and caregiver training to enhance skill generalization

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Commitment to ethical and client-centered care
