Staff Psychiatrist - Psychiatric Health Facility (PHF)

Experteer Overview As Staff Psychiatrist for the Psychiatric Health Facility, you will deliver inpatient psychiatric care to adults in a 16-bed unit and work within a collaborative team. You’ll contribute to high-quality treatment within a 7 on/7 off schedule and 7 AM–7 PM hours, with no overnight call. You’ll operate within the SmartCare EMR ecosystem and support a culture of partnership with clients, families, and community organizations. This role offers an impact-driven path in Santa Barbara’s behavioral health system.
