Job Summary:

Step into a leadership role where your expertise is respected, your creativity is valued, and your clinical impact reaches beyond individual sessions. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at TAG, you won’t just oversee programs — you’ll design meaningful, developmentally aligned interventions that ignite progress and empower both families and clinicians.

At TAG, we believe ABA should be relationship-centered, naturalistic, and grounded in real life. We blend evidence-based practice with developmental principles, using play, project-based learning, and collaborative care to help children thrive in authentic, functional ways.

Love integrating art, music, sensory play, cooking, gardening, and real-world activities into programming? So do we. At TAG, treatment plans aren’t built around compliance — they’re built around connection, regulation, communication, and growth.

As a BCBA, you will develop and oversee individualized programs while mentoring and guiding RBTs to deliver high-quality, naturalistic intervention with confidence and skill. You will shape clinical direction, support families with compassion, and help cultivate a team culture rooted in collaboration and excellence.

If you are thoughtful, flexible, clinically strong, and passionate about developmental, relationship-driven ABA, TAG is where your leadership will thrive.

Come lead with heart.
