We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator who thrives in a luxury environment and understands that patient experience and sales go hand-in-hand.

Position Overview

The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for delivering a high-touch, elevated patient experience while supporting consultation conversions, membership sales, and overall clinic revenue.

This is not a traditional front desk role—this position plays a key role in guiding patients through their transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
• Build rapport quickly, especially with first-time or nervous patients
• Assist providers in converting consultations into booked treatments
• Educate patients on treatment plans, pricing, and options
• Recommend and upsell memberships and services
• Maintain a seamless, luxury patient experience from arrival to checkout
• Support clinic flow and ensure patient satisfaction at every touchpoint

Ideal Candidate

• Passionate about aesthetics, skincare, and beauty treatments
• Ideally has personal experience with aesthetic treatments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident discussing pricing and guiding purchasing decisions
• Able to build trust quickly and naturally with patients
• Polished, professional appearance aligned with a luxury brand
• Previous experience in aesthetics, medical spa, or high-end retail preferred
