Who You Are:
- Active LCSW, LMHP, or LPC license in Virginia
-Experienced in crisis intervention or community-based mental health (preferred)
- Compassionate, reliable, and calm under pressure
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide immediate crisis assessment, intervention, and stabilization services
• Develop and implement short-term treatment plans
• Collaborate with families, community partners, and other providers
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Connect clients to ongoing services and supports
