Per Diem Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) School-Based | Stockton, CA

Seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians to provide crucial 1:1 support to students within school settings. This per diem opportunity offers flexible scheduling based on school coverage needs, ideal for professionals wanting to contribute to academic, behavioral, and social development in a structured environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and small group assistance to students, supporting classroom participation and daily routines
• Observe and document student behavior, reporting observations to supervisors
• Implement behavior support plans and follow Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as appropriate
• Assist with mobility, supervision, and personal care to ensure student safety
• Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment conducive to student success

Required Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• TB test completed in accordance with school requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting when necessary
• Current required clearances or willingness to obtain prior to starting

Preferred Experience:

• Background in school settings, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or additional RBT experience is a plus
• Reliable, patient, and able to work well within a team environment
