- Provide instructional support to the Psych 10 Coordinator, Dr. Kosloff.
- Evaluate student assignments and provide feedback on the Psych 10 writing prompts.
- Maintain/Submit students records/grades. You will be expected to grade papers using the approved rubric and reply to your students in a timely manner.
- Proficient in using Zoom and email to communicate with your students and be familiar with Canvas and Safeassign.
- Assignments will vary depending on the instructor students are assigned to. Typical tasks include grading tests, homework, quizzes for various upper division psychology courses. Must have completed the course you are expected to grade with an A or B or permission of the instructor in charge.
- Hours vary - typical assignment is between 20 to 40 hours for the semester.

- Demonstrated commitment to working effectively with faculty, staff and students from diverse ethnic, cultural and socioeconomic background,
- Classified graduate student in the Psychology Dept.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field from an accredited university.
- Students applying for the Teaching Intern - ISA position may be undergraduates with junior or senior standing in the Psychology B.A. program with the permission of the faculty instructor.
- Mastery of the English Language. Communication skills appropriate for an instructional setting

- Salary: Each department has different salary scales. Please check with your department for your Base Salary. The Salary range for Instructional Student Assistants starts at $17.86 per an hour.
