Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Part-Time (Hybrid)

We’re looking for a BCBA who cares about outcomes, families, and clinical integrity.

This is a part-time position (10–15 hours/week) with flexibility, autonomy, and real growth potential as we expand.

Pay

$65–$70/hour (based on experience)

Schedule & Flexibility

• Hybrid (in-person + remote flexibility)
• You have control over your schedule
• 10-15 hours per week
• Designed to fit alongside other roles or commitments

What You’ll Do

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Oversee and support BTs/RBTs to ensure high quality care
• Review data and adjust programming with intention
• Collaborate with families in a way that feels supportive and practical
• Participate in intake and care planning
• Maintain accurate, ethical, and compliant documentation

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a related field
• Active BCBA certification (BACB) in good standing
• 1–2+ years of ABA experience
• Experience working with individuals with autism/developmental needs
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
