This role leads strategic employer engagement, career development programming, and alumni partnerships to strengthen student readiness for meaningful, mission driven careers. It combines relationship building, data informed planning, and program leadership to expand professional pathways and enhance employment outcomes. With a focus on advising, experiential learning, and industry collaboration, the position supports students from enrollment through successful post graduation placement.

What you will do:

  • Lead employer engagement efforts by developing strategic partnerships, expanding internship and job pipelines, and executing events that connect students with industry professionals.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive career development programming, including advising, professional readiness workshops, experiential learning, and teaching a graduate level career preparation course.
  • Collect, analyze, and report career outcomes and employer engagement data to inform strategic planning, demonstrate impact, and strengthen continuous improvement efforts.


Who you are:

  • BS/MS and 3+ years experience in career services, employer relations, talent acquisition, workforce development, professional coaching, or related student-focused fields, with the ability to teach graduate-level career preparation.
  • Strong leadership, relationship-building, and communication skills, along with proficiency in data management, labor market analysis, and career development technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations, manage multiple priorities, innovate in program design, and operate effectively within a university environment aligned with mission-driven values.


What does this position pay?

  • Compensation is determined by several factors including experience, skillset, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $73000 - $80000 annually, plus benefits. Actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
