Location: Los Angeles, CA

Job Overview:

The Plant Care Manager is a full-time leadership role responsible for overseeing all Plant Care operations at The Haus Plant. This position ensures exceptional service, efficient scheduling, and strong client relationships, while managing a growing team of Plant Care Specialists.

Responsibilities:

• Onboard new Plant Care and Staging clients and assign appropriate Plant Care Specialists while coordinating service expectations with clients (arrival times, access, preparation requirements).
• Prepare and manage the monthly Plant Care schedule for your team.
• Work with accounting regarding Plant Care invoices. This includes updates for schedule changes, replacements, and one-time additional costs.
• Maintain and update internal databases to ensure accurate billing and service tracking.
• Collaborate with clients and the design team on plant replacements as needed.
• Manage and maintain the Plant Care team, including hiring, training, and performance reviews.
• Oversee the Maintenance vehicle(s), including scheduling and upkeep.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and needs.
• Step in to perform plant care services when necessary (e.g., staff absences).
• Supervise Plant Care expenses and ensure cost efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
• Experience managing teams and operations.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing schedules and unforeseen circumstances.
• Knowledge of plant care and maintenance preferred.

Compensation & Details:

• Compensation: Starting at $30/hour (salary position).
• Employment Type: Full-time.
• Work Environment: Hybrid (in-person and remote).
• Reports To: Company Owner.
• Team Size: Oversees a team of 4 employees (currently).
• Plant experience required
