Most admissions roles chase numbers. This one exists to safeguard quality.
2 Hour Learning partners with families who demand precision, discretion, and measurable results. We deliver a full school day in just two focused hours through AI-driven, mastery-based instruction. Our students consistently outpace national learning benchmarks, with outcomes supported by hard data. The rest of the day is freed up for deeper exploration, independence, and practical skill development. The model is proven. But it depends entirely on selecting the right families.
This is your responsibility.
You will manage the complete enrollment process for a campus, starting with the first inquiry and continuing through to onboarding. This is not a role where you hand off responsibilities. You own how families engage with us, how thoroughly they grasp the model, and whether they enroll for sound reasons. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate meaningful conversations, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. The objective is not to maximize numbers. The objective is to ensure alignment.
We welcome candidates from high-end service backgrounds outside conventional education: independent schools, competitive programs, luxury hospitality, executive assistance, premium membership organizations, or entrepreneurs who have directly overseen high-value client relationships from start to finish. What counts is your capability to execute a sophisticated, multi-phase process with sound judgment, transparency, and consistent follow-through.
If your career has been built on delivering exceptional service where trust, confidentiality, and client experience define the brand, this role will resonate with you—only applied to work that genuinely transforms outcomes.
This is a full-time, salaried, on-site position. We are currently hiring in Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, Santa Barbara, San Francisco, Orange County, and Palm Beach. Relocation assistance is provided.
What You Will Be Doing
- Taking full ownership of the enrollment process for prospective families, from initial contact through completed onboarding.
- Facilitating needs-based discovery conversations to assess compatibility before proposing solutions or outlining next steps.
- Tracking and advancing 20+ concurrent family relationships at varying enrollment stages, with structured follow-up and status transparency.
- Conducting campus visits, student shadow experiences, and decision-stage discussions that articulate outcomes, set clear expectations, and define ideal fit.
- Keeping CRM and enrollment data current and accurate (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting, prioritization, and sustained service excellence.
- Using transactional or aggressive sales approaches.
- Enrolling families who are not a good fit simply to meet quotas.
- Overseeing a large team or working through multi-layered approval structures.
- Distributing ownership of the family experience across multiple team members.
- Working from home. This position is campus-based and in-person by design.
Design and deliver a high-trust, highly selective enrollment process that successfully converts well-aligned families while maintaining the integrity and academic performance standards of the 2 Hour Learning model.
Basic Requirements
- 3+ years providing premium, individualized service in settings where service excellence directly shapes brand perception (education, luxury hospitality, executive support, premium memberships, or owner-operated businesses).
- Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment experience from initial inquiry through successful onboarding.
- Experience managing 20+ concurrent client, guest, or family engagements at various stages, supported by a reliable tracking and prioritization system.
- Capacity to share specific examples of consultative decision-making, including instances where you recommended against your own product or service due to poor fit.
- Professional writing experience with senior executives, high-net-worth clients, or discerning stakeholders.
- Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of these markets: Santa Barbara, CA; San Francisco, CA; Orange County, CA; Dallas-Fort Worth, TX; or Palm Beach, FL.
- Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
- Experience in competitive private school admissions or selective program enrollment processes.
- Background in luxury hospitality, VIP services, or executive-level client support.
- Experience developing or optimizing enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service delivery standards.
- Proficiency leveraging CRM data and analytics to enhance conversion quality, not just velocity.
