As an experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, you will play a critical role in changing the lives of children and families on the autism journey while contributing to a broader vision of medically integrated, family-centered care. This Board-Certified Behavior Analyst position offers a hybrid schedule supporting a new innovative 5,000 SF center and in-home clients, with services designed to integrate ABA, psychology, and wrap around therapies in support of children and families on the autism journey. You will collaborate closely prioritizing clients and families at the center of the team to deliver meaningful, evidence-based outcomes. We are more than ABA. Our BCBA team works TOGETHER to improve continuity of care and elevate the standard of autism services in our community.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $95,000, a sign-on/retention bonus up to $10,000 and a strong mentorship and professional development focus. As a growing second-year company, All Together Autism is actively expanding home and center-based operations in 2026. Every Board-Certified Behavior Analyst on our team has a voice in how we grow, innovate, and serve families on the autism journey.

To qualify, you must be a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with roughly one year of experience or more and a passion for advancing both clinical excellence and team development. Our service schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with potential occasional Saturday hours, to support group services and flexibility across community settings.
