Our growing, locally owned home care agency in Marina del Rey is hiring a Client Care Coordinator to oversee client services, caregiver scheduling, care plan management, and daily home care operations.

About the Role
The Client Care Coordinator (Care Coordinator / Home Care Coordinator) is responsible for:
- Managing client intake and in-home assessments
- Developing and updating individualized care plans
- Supervising Home Care Aides (HCAs) and caregivers
- Coordinating caregiver scheduling and shift coverage
- Conducting quality assurance visits and client check-ins
- Ensuring compliance with California home care regulations
- Supporting day-to-day home care office operations
- Handling urgent scheduling needs and after-hours calls as required
This is a leadership position within a licensed California home care agency serving seniors and families throughout Marina del Rey and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
Client Care Management
- Conduct client consultations and service assessments
- Match caregivers with clients based on skills, availability, and client needs
- Maintain accurate client documentation and care records
- Monitor client satisfaction and resolve service concerns
Caregiver Supervision
- Supervise and support Home Care Aides
- Conduct caregiver evaluations and coaching
- Ensure caregivers meet training and compliance standards
- Reinforce company policies and best practices
Scheduling & Operations
- Manage daily caregiver scheduling and shift coordination
- Use home care scheduling software and care management systems
- Maintain compliance with CDSS Home Care Services regulations
- Support office workflow and administrative processes
Qualifications
Required
- Active Home Care Aide (HCA) registration with the California Department of Social Services (CDSS)
- Experience in home care, senior care, healthcare coordination, or caregiver supervision
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience with scheduling software or care management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Valid California Driver’s License and reliable transportation
Preferred
- 2+ years experience in home care operations or care coordination
- Experience supervising caregivers or healthcare staff
- Background in senior services, assisted living, or in-home care
