Job Overview
Join our dynamic team as an RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) Applied Behavior Analyst Therapist! In this vital role, you will deliver evidence-based behavioral therapy to children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles under supervision
  • Collect and analyze data on client progress to inform treatment adjustments
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as grooming, feeding, and hygiene routines
  • Use positive reinforcement techniques to promote desired behaviors and manage challenging behaviors effectively
  • Collaborate with team members, caregivers, and families to ensure consistency in therapy approaches
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation, care plans, and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Support clients during therapy sessions by teaching new skills across communication, socialization, and adaptive behaviors

Requirements

  • Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to obtain certification prior to start date, you have 90 days to take certification test.
  • Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
  • Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and applied behavior analysis (ABA) strategies
  • Ability to collect detailed data and maintain precise medical records
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology related to behavioral health and special education
  • Excellent communication skills for working with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Compassionate attitude with patience for working with individuals with autism and other developmental challenges
  • Cpr Certified.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
