We are seeking a high-quality, fun-loving, fully licensed, Mental Health Therapists (LCSW, or LPC) with similar values to join our rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic services to a diverse population, utilizing a variety of treatment modalities to address mental health concerns.

This is a virtual or hybrid position. Set your own schedule, this is a fee-for-service position--the more you work, the more you earn!

Responsibilities:
Assess clients' mental health needs

Develop and implement treatment plans

Conduct individual, couples, and/or family therapy sessions

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Must have a clean license, no pending investigations or adverse actions

Experience:
* Applicants must be fully licensed and able to practice independently without clinical supervision in the state of Virginia.

- Extra credentials such as CSAC, ABA, EMDR are a bonus.
