Position Overview

Sentencing Options LLC is seeking a Certified Addictions Counselor (CSAC) or a licensed mental health professional to provide clinical services to offenders on probation. This role involves conducting assessments and facilitating group therapy sessions in an in-person setting. The ideal candidate has experience working with justice-involved populations and is comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct substance use assessments for individuals involved in the criminal justice system
• Facilitate structured group therapy sessions for offenders on probation
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
• Adhere to ethical standards, organizational policies, and applicable state regulations
• Collaborate as needed with probation officers and Sentencing Options LLC staff
• Ensure a safe, respectful, and therapeutic group environment

Qualifications

• Current CSAC certification or active mental health license (e.g., LPC or LCSW)
• Demonstrated experience administering assessments and conducting group therapy
• Bachelors degree, Masters prefered in
• Prior experience working with offenders or justice-involved populations required
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage group dynamics effectively
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills

Work Schedule

• In-person services once per week on Wednesdays
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break

Pay: $60.00 - $61.00 per hour
