About Us Duet ABA is a progressive, family-centered ABA teaching practice that blends technical excellence with emotional intelligence and creative fluency. We’re building a restorative ecosystem where every team member is supported, empowered, and inspired.

What Makes Duet Different?

  • Layered Support: Every case includes a BCBA and a practicum student, ensuring collaborative care and built-in mentorship.
  • Reinforcement-Forward Culture: We do not use punishment procedures with staff. Instead, we emphasize antecedent strategies, proactive support, and compassionate behavior change.
  • Creative Systems: From supervision dashboards to pacing calendars, our infrastructure is designed to foster clarity, autonomy, and growth.
  • People-Centered Practice: We prioritize connection, dignity, and joy in every interaction.

Your Role As an RBT at Duet ABA, you’ll deliver direct services with warmth and precision, contribute to collaborative case discussions, and help shape a culture of reflective practice. You’ll be supported by a BCBA and a practicum student on each case - and have access to career mentorship every step of the way.
