Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee ABA programming, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to ensure high-quality care and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments
  • Develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide ongoing supervision to RBTs (in accordance with BACB requirements)
  • Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
  • Train and support parents/caregivers
  • Ensure clinical documentation meets payer and regulatory standards
  • Maintain ethical and professional compliance with BACB guidelines
  • Participate in team meetings and case reviews

Qualifications

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Active Texas LBA (or eligible)
  • Experience in center-based ABA preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage caseload independently
