Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will serve as a vital link between patients and medical staff, ensuring smooth communication, appointment scheduling, and patient support. Duties

• Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming environment
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments efficiently
• Collect and verify patient information and insurance details
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with privacy regulations
• Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment plans and follow-up care
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure timely patient flow and service delivery
• Handle phone inquiries, respond to patient questions, and provide general administrative support
• Assist with billing procedures and insurance processing as needed
• Ensure the clinic remains organized, clean, and compliant with health standards

Experience

• Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology is highly desirable
• Experience providing medical administrative support or office experience is beneficial
• Dental office experience is a plus but not required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care are necessary
