The RBT provides 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You will help children build skills, follow treatment plans, and support families in their daily routines.Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA sessions
• Follow treatment plans created by the BCBA
• Collect accurate session data
• Use behavior strategies as trained
• Communicate with the BCBA about progress or concerns
• Attend required trainings and supervision

Requirements

• Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable, caring, and comfortable working with children
• Good communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently

Pay: $29.00 - $32.00 per hour
