Pride in North Carolina, LLC is seeking a Team Lead for our Community Support Team to provide clinical leadership and supervision to team members serving adults with mental health needs.
Position Summary:
The CST Team Lead conducts assessments, oversees implementation of person-centered plans, and ensures quality clinical interventions while supervising team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct ongoing evaluation and treatment planning for persons served.
- Provide clinical supervision and manage team schedules.
- Ensure fidelity to evidence-based practices and motivational interviewing.
- Participate in crisis response and on-call duties.
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulations.
Education & Experience:
- Required: Full or provisional licensure as LCSW(A), LCMHC(A), LMFT(A), or equivalent in North Carolina.
- Experience in clinical supervision and community-based services.
