Geriatric Psychiatrist

This Psychiatry Physician position offers full-time employment or independent contractor options with a flexible schedule, providing care for Geriatric patients in an inpatient setting.

• Qualifications include MD/DO from an accredited program, board certification, Ohio licensure, and meeting credentialing criteria.
• Responsibilities involve conducting admission evaluations, managing inpatient care, and leading treatment teams.
• Work is in a fast-paced environment with patients who may display unpredictable behaviors, requiring de-escalation and safety skills. Tasks involve standing, walking, sitting, and responding swiftly to emergencies.
• Specialty areas include Gero and Adult/Dual, with compensation negotiable based on employment type. Proficiency in EMR systems is necessary.
