Genius Therapy is an early intervention agency that was founded to promote and enhance the development of infants and young children with special needs between the ages of birth to three, and is seeking speech therapists, occupational therapists, special education teachers, and Licensed social workers (LMSW/LCSW) to join our team.

Locations: Manhattan, Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island and Westchester

What you are responsible for:

• Providing home and community based ABA therapy
• Providing 1:1 instruction consistent with best practices in ABA therapy
• Collaborating with parents/caregivers on behavior modification techniques
• Collecting and analyzing data to evaluate the effectiveness of the programs used

What you are licensed as:

• Special Education Teacher (Certified in Birth-Grade 2)
• Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Teacher of the Speech and Hearing Handicapped (TSHH)- Provisional or Permanent
• Teacher for Students with Speech and Language Disabilities (TSSLD)- Initial or Professional
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
• Certified Behavior Analyst Assistant (CBAA)

Pay: $55.00 - $75.00 per hour
