Job Overview
WonderStar ABA provides high-quality, individualized in-home ABA therapy for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our dedicated BCBAs and Behavior Technicians work closely with each child and family to create comprehensive, meaningful treatment plans that support growth, independence, and long-term success.

We are currently seeking BCBAs/LBAs to join our growing team—passionate professionals who are committed to improving the quality of life for children and families across our community.
Responsibilities
Conduct individualized behavioral assessments
Oversee ABA treatment plans and supervise ongoing services
Guide staff in implementing client goals and behavior plans
Develop, organize, and monitor clinical programs
Train and coach Behavior Technicians and RBTs
Provide clinical supervision to assigned staff
Deliver direct services to clients and families as needed
Record daily data and maintain detailed documentation
Evaluate client progress and adjust programming accordingly
Prepare ongoing and annual reports on program effectiveness
Maintain a professional and balanced approach to clinical care
Qualifications
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral challenges
Strong understanding of ABA principles and clinical implementation
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Education:
Master’s degree (Required)
License/Certification:
