Experteer Overview As an Adult Psychiatrist at LifeStance Health, you will provide outpatient psychiatric care, in-person or via telehealth, to adults. You’ll evaluate, diagnose, treat, and monitor patients, prescribe medications, and offer psychotherapy within a supportive clinical team. You’ll coordinate referrals and maintain thorough documentation while contributing to our mission to expand access to personalized mental healthcare. The role offers flexible schedules, hybrid work, generous compensation, and full benefits. Compensation / Benefits • Evaluate and diagnose clients in outpatient settings • Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans • Prescribe and monitor psychiatric medications • Provide psychotherapy to adults • Coordinate referrals for additional treatment needs • Document clinical encounters and treatment plans • Maintain thorough medical records • Utilize telehealth and in-person modalities Tasks • Fully licensed in one or more US states • Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC) • Unencumbered DEA license • Experience with medication management • Experience providing psychotherapy • Experience treating adults with diverse mental healthcare needs Key requirements • Flexible work schedules • 100% outpatient work (no nights, no weekends) • Hybrid telemedicine and in-person • Generous compensation with uncapped earnings • Full benefits package (health, dental, vision, life, 401k with match) • CME and paid parental leave
