- Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers when appropriate
- Provide at least 15% supervision of direct service hours

- Complete monthly RBT competencies
- Support RBT growth, confidence, and performance
- Maintain treatment integrity across cases
- Full-time requires 25–30 billable hours per week
- 30-day transition period while building caseload
- If minimums are not met after transition, role may be reviewed
- Attend monthly clinical team meetings
- Participate in case review/check-ins with the Clinical Director
- Communicate proactively about scheduling, caseload needs, and documentation timelines
- Maintain warm, professional communication with all TTM staff and families
- Daily session note review
