Guaranteed, Consistent Work Hours for RBTs Seeking a Steady Weekly Schedule
With Opportunities for Additional Hours

Are You an RBT Looking for a Consistent After-School In-Home Case With a Supportive Clinical Team, or a Hybrid Schedule Combining Center-Based and In-Home Work?

Beyond The Spectrum ABA Therapy (BTS) is actively seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a structured home-based ABA therapy case with a 14-year-old client in Sandy Springs, Georgia.

This is a steady after-school case with guaranteed weekly hours and strong BCBA support. For RBTs seeking full-time or extended schedules, additional center-based work may be available and can bring total weekly hours to 40 hours or more.

Client Schedule (Primary Need)

Monday through Friday
3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
After-school in-home services

Saturday
10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Teen client (14 years old)
Location: Sandy Springs, GA

Total scheduled hours: 30 hours per week

Schedule Options

Option 1: In-Home Only
Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–6:00 PM
Saturday, 10:00 AM–3:00 PM
Home-based services (30 hours/week)

Option 2: Hybrid Schedule
Center-based services: Morning and/or early afternoon hours available at the BTS Alpharetta clinic
In-home services: After-school and Saturday schedule as listed above

This role is ideal for an RBT seeking consistent after-school hours with a weekend option, predictable scheduling, and meaningful one-on-one work with an adolescent client, or for an RBT seeking a hybrid schedule with the opportunity to build a full-time or extended weekly caseload.

Position Overview

As an RBT at BTS, you will provide high-quality ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will support the development of communication, social, adaptive, and life skills while delivering ethical, compassionate, and data-driven care.

This position may be full-time or part-time depending on your selected schedule and additional hours accepted.

What You Will Be Doing

Implement individualized ABA programs designed by a BCBA
Provide one-on-one therapy in the home and/or center setting
Use engaging, structured teaching strategies
Collect and document session data accurately
Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and the clinical team
Maintain professionalism and BACB ethical standards

Qualifications and Requirements

Active RBT certification required

OR

Behavior Technician eligible for RBT certification
40-hour RBT training completed and ability to obtain RBT certification within 90–120 days of hire
BTS provides supervision at no cost

High school diploma required
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field preferred
Experience working with children or teens preferred
Ability to work in-home and/or center-based as assigned
Reliable transportation
Must pass a background check

Compensation

Hourly rate
