Job Summary
We are a small, growing ABA practice that cares deeply about doing the work the right way, with high-quality services, compassionate care, and measurable results. We are urgently hiring a BCBA student analyst who wants strong mentorship, real-world experience, and a team that values clinical excellence and integrity.
In this role, you will support BCBA(s) with assessment and treatment-planning tasks, data review, and documentation quality while accruing supervised fieldwork hours. You’ll work across our clinic, local daycares, and in-home settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Support ABA assessments: organize materials, assist with scoring/summary drafts, and compile clinical information for BCBA review
- Help draft measurable, individualized skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals (BCBA provides final clinical approval)
- Review session data and assist with graphing/visual analysis, flag trends, barriers, and data integrity concerns
- Prepare caregiver/parent training support materials (as directed by the BCBA)
- Assist with documentation quality checks (typos, copy/paste errors, missing components, consistency)
- Coordinate with the clinical team to keep workflows organized and on schedule
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality (HIPAA/PHI)
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recent graduate of a master’s program in behavior analysis (or closely related) and actively working toward BCBA certification
- Eligible and motivated to accrue supervised fieldwork hours (paid supervision provided)
- Strong writing skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable with basic data tools (spreadsheets, graphing, and electronic documentation systems)
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally between clinic/daycare/in-home (mileage reimbursed)
- Ability to pass background checks and meet payer requirements
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 28 – 35 per week
