Foundations Behavioral Consulting is a growing, family-centered ABA practice providing in-home and community-based services to children with autism and developmental disabilities. We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Behavior Technicians to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of the families we serve.

This is a wonderful opportunity for individuals interested in psychology, education, special education, speech therapy, or anyone passionate about helping children grow and succeed. Paid training and supervision toward RBT certification are provided.

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized ABA programs under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide 1:1 therapy in home and community settings
• Collect and record accurate data during sessions
• Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills
• Follow behavior intervention plans and prompting procedures
• Communicate professionally with families and supervisors

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required (Bachelor’s preferred or in progress)
• Experience working with children preferred but not required

Location: Cases are located within a 30-mile radius of Alamo, TN. We do our best to match staff with clients in close proximity.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
