Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1+ years School Social Work experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.


A full-time Social Worker position is available to support K-12 students across two sites, with the option for telehealth, onsite, or hybrid work arrangements. This role is vital in providing direct counseling and support services, alongside essential administrative duties to promote student well-being and educational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide counseling and direct social work services to students in a K-12 school setting
  • Conduct assessments, administer testing, and participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
  • Develop, write, and implement IEPs tailored to student needs
  • Collaborate closely with school staff and parents to support student progress and address challenges
  • Manage required documentation and indirect services, including comprehensive paperwork

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Professional experience as a Social Worker in school or healthcare environments, including telehealth service delivery
  • Strong knowledge of K-12 education systems and social-emotional supports
  • Experience conducting assessments, administering testing, and facilitating IEP processes
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Flexibility in working arrangements, including telehealth, onsite, or hybrid models

This opportunity offers a dynamic role delivering critical services across two locations or alternatively for two full-time candidates to each cover one site. The position supports the holistic development of students through integrated counseling and educational support services.
