- Ensures safety of the patient, under the direction of the RN, by implementing applicable Policies and Procedures when rounding on patients and unit.
- Provides therapeutic group and individual activity for patients.
- Provides emotional support and behavioral redirection to patients, under the direction of the RN, by implementing interventions from the multidisciplinary plan.
- Completes necessary physical care including vital signs and Point of Care (POC) testing.
At least 1 year of previous experience working as a PCT or working with Behavioral Health population in a residential or inpatient setting or graduate with a four-year psych degree required.
