Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and develop individualized support plans tailored for elementary-aged students.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to enhance student learning and emotional well-being.
  • Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to address student needs.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and adhere to state and federal regulations regarding student services.

Qualifications:

  • Valid California Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) credential in School Psychology is required.
  • Experience working with elementary school populations preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, families, and school personnel.
  • Ability to work independently while managing a part-time schedule, dedicating approximately 20 hours over two days per week.
