Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A contract opportunity is available for two School Psychologists to support K-12 students across a school district in Anderson, IN. This position offers a meaningful chance to contribute to student success by providing essential psychological services tailored to individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for K-12 students
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop and implement support plans
- Provide counseling and intervention strategies to assist students academic, social, and emotional growth
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to special education decision-making
- Manage caseloads based on district needs and priorities
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
- Experience working with diverse K-12 student populations
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools, psychoeducational evaluations, and intervention methods
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a school setting
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Location: Anderson, Indiana
Schedule: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Shift Options: 8:50 am to 3:30 pm or 7:30 am to 2:20 pm
Contract Duration: Immediate start through June 1
Caseload: Variable depending on district demands
