Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The mission of E Behavior Solutions (Chapple House Therapies) is to provide individualized comprehensive therapies, education and trainings that will promote long-lasting outcomes for families. E Behavior Solutions is looking to hire a RBT with a flexible schedule able to work in-home, school based and in clinic providing ABA therapy. Applicants MUST have the RBT credential and be in good standing with the BACB. E Behavior Solutions is looking for individuals who are creative, able to work independently, who can accommodate the role of a self-starter.

RBT will provide desired location when interviewing

Roles and Responsibilities:

• PLAY!!!!!
• Provide one on one (1:1) in-home, in clinic or school Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions using paper data
• Implement behavior support plans
• Work collaboratively with a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy
• Arrive on time and be prepared for therapy sessions
• Thoughtful creation and timely submission of daily therapy notes objectively summarizing the learner’s progress.
• Be able to train parents to implement protocols and provide feedback to parents
• Have great play skills (yes I said it 2x)
• Is creative
• Able to manage your own time
• Be impactful without direct supervision

Requirements:

• Experience working with children for a minimum of 1 year in a 1:1 setting
• Minimum of 1-year ABA Experience
• Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
• Experience using NET and incidental teaching techniques (preferred)
• Have great play skills
• Experience providing ABA therapy in school settings
• Is creative
• Able to manage your own time
• Be impactful without direct supervision
• CPR certified

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
