Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

FUN Behavioral Solutions provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) services in the home, school, and community. As an RBT with FUN Behavioral Solutions, you will work with families and implement programs to improve a client’s daily living skills with a goal of independence. The ideal candidate will have their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and experience in home, school, or community settings providing behavioral intervention services. The RBT will be responsible for implementing behavior plans with the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Responsibilities:

· Implement behavior plans and interventions under the direction of a BCBA

· Monitor behaviors and report new behaviors appropriately

· Provide a safe and welcoming environment for the client

· Collect and record observable behavior

· Teaching communication skills and life skills

· Write session notes

· Be professional and adhere to FUN’s policies and procedures, as well as compliance with HIPAA

· Communicate with supervisors, staff, and caregivers

· Pass a level 2 background screening

Candidates must have their RBT certification. Medicaid number required. Public School - Level 2 Vendor Badge preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
