About the Practice
The practice is a clinician-run, evidence-based psychological practice in the Boston area specializing in anxiety disorders, ADHD, insomnia, and OCD. They serve motivated, achievement-oriented adults and adolescents (16+) who value structured, purposeful, and engaging therapy.

The practice is intentionally designed to support strong clinical work—prioritizing ethical care, clear standards, and systems that allow psychologists to focus on clinical decision-making and client progress.

Position Overview
We are seeking a Massachusetts-licensed psychologist (PhD or PsyD) committed to active, evidence-based clinical work and ongoing professional development. This role is ideal for clinicians who appreciate a clear treatment framework, value thoughtful case formulation, and want to deepen their CBT-informed practice.

While clients present with anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, and OCD, current training and consultation emphasize CBT for anxiety, ADHD, and sleep-related concerns. Specialization in all areas is not required.

Clinicians may work in person, via telehealth, or in a hybrid model.

Compensation & Benefits Compensation


  • $110 per completed clinical session (W-2)

  • Flat-rate structure with no tiering or percentage splits

Training & Professional Growth

What You’ll Do


  • Provide individual outpatient therapy using CBT and related evidence-based approaches

  • Develop collaborative case formulations

  • Deliver active, focused, and responsive sessions

  • Maintain timely clinical documentation

  • Participate in regular consultation and learning to support your caseload and professional growth

Qualifications


  • Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Massachusetts

  • Training and experience in CBT

  • Demonstrated commitment to CBT as a core treatment modality

  • Strong interest in anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, and/or OCD

  • Excellent clinical judgment and professionalism

  • Availability for a consistent outpatient caseload of 20–25 sessions per week
